Nobody seems to know that they're supposed to be doing in the middle. Paulinho, Dembele, Bentaleb and Eriksen all sort of ambling around and crowding each other.

At least that corner beat the first man. They are just a better "team" than us. It does make you wonder if MartÃnez was our manager how much better off we would be.
Danny Rose looks like the most likely to provide an assist. Perhaps we should consider playing him as an out and out winger.
My likening him to Cloughie - perhaps the greatest English football manager who ever breathed - was clearly a piss-take. The piss-take being that Sherwoodie is at the complete opposite end of the spectrum. That was the entire point of that thread.
Cloughie would be telling them ALL that if they cannot do the basics then he will be playing U18s in their place until they sort themselves out.
Every time Everton have the ball and we get time to get back and get organised, there's nobody in front of our back four. Their striker wanders out wide, two of their players make moves in front of our defence and at least one of our centre-halves gets drawn out of position. Really ****ing poor.
Why didn't walker run at Baines then? Cut inside and shoot? Not the greatest couple of minutes from Dawson.
