1. I think that's harsh. I liked Dudek and wondered what Rafa was doing buying a new keeper, fortunately it paid off.

Dudek was an enigma. He was brilliant one week... and the next week you wondered if he was playing with contact lenses shaped like carnival fun house mirrors.

He'd save impossible shots with a super human ability... but let in all sorts of shots a schoolboy would stop.

He could be very good but was too unreliable.

Rafa had a keeper fetish. Think he purchased more keepers than he had seasons with the club.

At least he used his full backs though!

Two at the back. Two used as wingers... and then Aurelio could play midfield.

Rafa could play 5 full backs in a single game at a time... but only one keeper.

Maybe we could make that a seperate thread challenge... make a starting XI using only players that could play as fullbacks who were part of the team during Rafas reign.

Other than striker and keeper... I think we could come up with a starting XI from rafa era full backs.

Lawro prediction: Away win.

SATURDAY
Bournemouth v Liverpool (12:45 GMT)
“I would expect Bournemouth to have a real go at Liverpool”

This is a great game for Bournemouth and their fans, and I would expect them to have a real go at Liverpool. It should make for an exciting tie.

But if Reds boss Brendan Rodgers picks a strong team then they should have enough about them to go to Dean Court and win.

Rodgers does not have to worry about European competition this season so I think he should go for it in the FA Cup. Why not try to win a trophy?

Lawro's prediction: 0-2

Casey's prediction: When Daniel Sturridge and Luis Suarez and are playing well, Liverpool are unplayable so I don't envy the Bournemouth defence at the weekend. 1-3

Lawro predicting a clean sheet for us. <yikes>

Prefer Lawro's prediction, but think Casey's might be more accurate.

Bit concerned for this game, feel it will be a struggle to win. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes to a replay.
