I would actually be happy if Rangers were just a "bit" bland.

What you need is to fry up (or skewer) crunchy stuff like onions, peppers, carrot, broccoli in in honey and ginger with a bit of oil. 3 mins very hot, turn off heat, add fine chopped garlic, lime and light soy sauce.

Serve with rice wine, honey and sesame oil dip

Mon the veggies.
