Another couple of gold's in the bag, just watched the swimming and triathlon relays. Brilliant stuff from GB. World record in the swimming relay as well.

I really enjoyed watching the mixed relays. Swimming was funny putting the men against women in certain legs.
They are doing that in athletics relays as well. Swimming was weird, 3 swimmers were way out in front and the commentator says "they won't win"
it was just because men were racing against the women.
That BMX gold from Worthington was brilliant. Blew the yank out of the water.

I know nothing about the pommel horse other than it gathered dust at the back of my school sports hall. But I enjoyed watching that earlier and Whitlock doesnt half come across as a top bloke. Class. Must have some strength to do what they do.

Heads up that local lad McCormack fights for gold on Tuesday morning at 11. He is favourite for the fight although the Cuban has boxed well so far and will be respected. Pat should be fresh after his walk over semi final and he has the talent to get it done.
I’d be very surprised if McCormack didn’t win, should be comfortable.
Crazy that O'Nien was able to win the pentathlon earlier and get back in time to start for Sunderland. What a guy.
