Just back from work and I see our left back seems to have invaded the board! <laugh>

Speaking of Jose Enrique, by 2012 wouldn't he be eligible to play for us? After 5 years a player gets citizenship and since he hasn't been capped for Spain, does that mean he could play for GB?

Ha, I support and have a season pass for HULL CITY, and the matchday tickets costs £27.50 for £7.50 less i could watch BRASIL!!!
 
I fancy it. £20 for two games of football on a Sunday night? Can't say fairer than that, might unearth some talent too. Lest we forget Coloccini and Messi have Olympic gold medals.

Confirmation of the 2012 Olympic football fixtures to be hosted at SJP has now been forthcoming - although it's yet to be confirmed which teams will participate.

Nine games will take place on six separate dates, with six in the men's event and three in the women's.

Ticket prices are £20, £30 and £40 for the Preliminaries (with one ticket granting admission to both games on one day) and £20, £40 and £50 for the Quarter Finals.

Tickets go on sale on March 15th 2011.

Seems a bit daft that they are selling tickets well over a year in advance but hey ho, I think I will try to purchase one or two, hopefully the quarter final men's game.

Anyone else planning on going? Its quite big for the club that the Olympics will be at SJP, however the football is one thing that is pretty much least important in the Olympics, its all about the table tennis.
