Er, his kicking has been dodgy a number of times. Ok he was good against Uruguay but he hasn't really been tested in the other games.

He's made two bad kicks. I'd really struggle to find anybody who could justify that his keeping "really has been ****".

I'm not going to pretend that I've seen every minute of our games so far, but from what I have seen, I've been very impressed with Butland's shot-stopping ability. One awful kick against Senegal, but anyone can make one mistake.

 

Let's be honest, even the best keepers make mistakes. Still doesn't mean we can't laugh our tits off when they do.

 

It's the kind of mistake 18 year-old keepers make.

How Ramsey got designated as the penalty taker is anyone's guess.
