Never seen Moyes in RVPs space, if any of this is true it could be the interviewers question about him always being isolated, we no longer get the ball forward fast enough (not talking long ball here but controled football) or get enough men forward to support him. If we do go long ball Robin is very good at collecting and laying off but usually has no one near him to benefit from this.

Always thought Utd's squad was underwhelming but then they usually did well, this yr without Fergie I knew they'd struggle but tbh I didnt think they would this bad

    Same.
I thought they would get top 4 at least, but maybe slip away from the title challenge come feb or March.
didnt think their season would have been effectively over (domestically at least) by Christmas.

Really struggling to see RVP playing for us next season and i wouldn't blame him. This clearly isn't what he signed on for.

I hate all the over-blown media frenzy that has followed SAF's retirement as much as the next person, but when Manchester United only manage 1 shot on target with the team they had out tonight, you have to question the Moyes ethos... What the hell is he doing?

A driving analogy would be that Moyes has been driving Ford's all his life and has no clue how to drive a Ferrari.

I'm pretty sure I could do a better job than that clown David Moyes. :)

I didn't watch the game but I get the impression that he still thought he was managing Everton. By that I mean he set up defensively, hoping to not concede, and possibly grabbing one on the counter. Then taking them back to OT to play a more attacking style - as we all know how much of a fortress OT has become ;)

Well that plan went well <laugh>

If Moyes want's to be a success at Utd he needs to buy into the Utd tradition of attacking. Similar to what Rodgers is doing at Liverpool, he's following the LFC tradition of pass and move, and it's starting to pay off.

He's so negative. A club like United parking the bus at Olympiakos.... OLympiakos ffs... hardly Barca.

Also, is Mata cup-tied for Champions League games as well as Prem games. Why hasn't he made his debut yet?

I really honestly think he will if given the time, there was an interview with one of his backroom staff who said that he operates on a 3 year planning system. His main problem is that even though some of the fans are prepared to give him time it is going to take balls of steel to back him for three years as those three years may very well be without CL football.
Make no bones they are not as in a big as mess as what we were were so if the right moves are made he can still recover this. Unfortunately for Moyes the pressure exerted by non footballing issues (ie shares and global marketing appeal) may turn out to be his downfall, Fergie was right when he said backing the next man was important, however it was a bit naieve as times have changed since his first season in charge, and to be fair whilst moyes inherited champions he also inherited far more pressure than ferguson did, and at the minute i believe moyes is succumbing to pressure.
I really hope he sorts it out - would love to see a top Liverpool side battling a top Utd side all the way to the wire (obviously with us winning).
