Remember we all clapped the NHS during Covid?
Well, it turns out it is totally ****ing useless.
im not going to give details of my experiences, just leaving it out there.
I blame the useless Cameron ****ing Conservatives for it, but if Labour don’t sort it out (spoiler alert, they ****ing won’t) then they will be gone and we’ll have a Fascist government that will mean only those with money will get good treatment.
and, you know what, I’d be better off personally if that happened.

My daughter is a pain team nurse and she says it's now an apt title for the lauded national harm service which since she qualified 20 years ago has steadily hit the rocks
.....never mind all the new recruits I'm sure will bring it up to standard, after all if you are a newly qualified white nurse theses days you'll have wasted all that studying time as you start your new career at maccy D's ...ask your local trust regarding the international recruitment department's remit 
.... anyway I'm loaded from the thatcher years
