It was his fault, actually. His (written) thoughts and deeds are all his own work, so it's fair to say that he drew attention to himself, which is what most extremists want. Perhaps you've not been on the receiving end of it (many have), but anyone asking even a straightforward question gets on the wrong end of his School Head / stupid pupil relationship. That's the polite way to say that he's an abusive basturd, whether the abuse is appropriate or not. He tends to forget that everyone else is entitled to have an opinion.

Why do I not use the 'ignore button'? Simple. Even though I've been blocked by him, he still has a regular go at me, totally unprompted. He's gone from directing abuse at whoever asked him the question to chucking a few names in, involved or not. I find it very easy to ignore him otherwise & totally ignore the videos. From what I've read, you'd need to be sick in the head to go search for some of them.

Beat me to it. Have we got another 7 weeks or so of all this bickering.
I don’t get involved with the LL posts nor read them or watch the videos apart from the LU video’s
Which in all fairness he makes a good job of.
With regard to the use of the shorter version of Pakistani I don’t see what the problem is with this after all they use it themselves
That’s my 2 pennth anyway

I have one person on ignore and he is invisible, I don't hear, see anything, it's great. LL has never had a go at me, but I've never really talked politics with him, he actually gave me advise on health issues or what to take to help. So yes I see him differently. We are going round in circles on this subject and I don't want to fall out with you or anyone else. I've had my say on the matter, so I'm leaving it at that.<ok>

Will never happen - unless you get a knock on the head or a serious mental illness that would make you as questionable as him. Even then, I cannot picture you abusing someone in a haughty schoolmasterly manner. There's not a bad bone in your body. If you had to try being him now, you'd probably burst out laughing in the middle of it. Unlike him - he's deadly serious.

Now you've got me thinking. Can't imagine for the life of me who you've blocked, but he must have been bang out of order if you had to take that measure.

Well many years ago it was DMD, but funnily enough I think we kind of get on now. But this person is actually ok and I think I did it when I was pissed and more for my sake I did it, so I wouldn't say anything offensive.:grin:

Just read the last few pages and trying to put my thoughts all into one post covering several points raised.

Shaks - Top bloke, I get the impression he feels he’ll get the cold shoulder for speaking his mind, not by me he won’t. Shaks obviously feels LeedsLover is bullied a bit and I can see where he is coming from but I think LL gives as much as he takes.

LeedsLover - He alienates lots of people, myself included with his style but I don’t believe LL cares who he upsets, he is a grown man with strong opinions that cause divide. He can more than look after himself on a forum. He has flounced off, he isn’t banned if he comes back I haven’t a problem, if he ignores the racist comment warning or doesn’t see it’s not acceptable behaviour on this forum he’ll be gone. If he posted that outside of the Leeds forum and in the Premier League general chat area he’d be gone. I don’t want him banned he can disagree with everything I say but he can’t ignore the warnings for racism.

LeedsLover Reported - Nobody hit the report button, I asked the other two mods by PM to look at the post, I thought it was racist myself but that’s one (My) opinion. I didn’t want to delete the post myself as LL clearly has a problem with me so I was happy to leave the decision to the other two. Bucks was first to see it and he rightfully deleted the post and gave him another warning. If LL had read back through the posts properly he would have seen this was the case. He is probably walking the finest of tightropes.

Report Button - Last person to use it was LeedsLover a few months ago, he reported me for deleting a Tommy Robinson post and said I was abusing my powers. The outcome was Ellandback issued him a warning.

Premier League Mods - We’re on a new forum, there is a dedicated mod called Tobes, it’s his job to clamp down on **** outside of our little bubble. A few of our posters had fun on the Premier League forum, they did nothing wrong, it did however bring up Glory’s name. We’ve also been out a long time so the locals probably want to see what goes on in here, who the characters are.

Glory - WJs question yes Glory has to tread carefully, he has no lose rope to hang himself, no second chances, he has been out two years, the super mods are expecting the same Glory back that they banned. If he steps out of line he’ll be gone. Some might think it’s unfair but that was the condition for his return, step out of line and boom. No voting from me, Bucks and Glory.

For me, We have a set of rules and yet LL seems to avoid getting reprimanded for flaunting them. I think he deserves sanction as a significant amount of content that he posts breaches, in my opinion, the rules that we have all signed up to.

You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws.

This rule seems to work exceptionally well to protect us from the disgusting images of nipples, but not anything else.

Thanks for the input. Brb said let us know your thoughts on LL he hasn’t gone unpunished, he has now had two warnings. I appreciate some will feel this doesn’t go far enough but I’m sure brb will be looking in at all the comments
