The one punch coward attack has been a problem in Australia, especially after heavy drinking session, where pople have hit their heads in the fall and died. If you are found guilty of one of these incidents in Queensland you can be sentenced to life

The guy that was hit came quite close to hitting his head on the concrete base of the fence support. Hopefully nobody is seriously injured as a result of this incident. For someone wanting to be a public figure and taking this sort of action isn't good, but then again it never stopped John Prescott !

I don't think resorting to violence is right in either case the only thing I would say about the Prescott incident was he did appear to be egged first but even then punching somebody when you are a public figure isn't ever going to be a good thing to do

He did get an egg thrown at him but being in public office he should not have retaliated, but, i'd have done the same as the fat champagne socialist **** and punched him in the face, just for that bad mullet, i'm not a, turn the other cheek kinda guy, ****ed my chance of being Prime Minister but hey oh

WJ would say an egg won't hurt you, and it's no excuse, if Prescott was of the righ, but he won't have seen it with it being left, he's a bit like Wenger.

I've tried to find a longer video of the guy being pushed to the ground, I can't find anything really one shows a little more skirmishing at the start where the old guy seems to be engaged with the anti-trump supporters but nothing really and then he sort of gets pushed over as the march is progressing. Shouldn't have happened and people on both sides appear to be concerned he was pushed over and help.

btw I saw the full clip of the old guy walking through the unwashed anti Trump brigade and he did nothing wrong but walk in the middle of a load fascists and got assaulted because he had a different view to them, for some reason its been removed from youtube

He was guilty of a number of charges. This behavious is usually dealt with by kettling if the numbers are greater. His behaviour at the very least qualifies for breach of the peace & many other public order offences, many of them bye-laws.

We'll see, I have already said I have disliked Trump for a long time, so I'm biased I think a reasonable knowledge about both sides of a subject is sensible, so I'm probably an uneducated leftie Uni sort and I think the UK have a better future in Europe than them being a dominion of the United States, but I struggle on.
