I suspect there are many people walking the street in London who are fifth, sixth generation brits and some will still see them as foreigners but they are probably more British than your American Turkish PM. He wouldn't have got into the Australian parliament as he was still a dual citizen until 2016/2017 and therefore barred from sitting in our parliament. We only accept MP's who are Australian and nothing else, split loyalties, perhaps Johnson still has these?

Not all the people here are of British descent, there other nationalities here too, but you're right most of the criminals are either of Irish or British origin.

Manus and Nauru aren't really the same are they. These are detention facilities for illegal immigrants and everything is provided for these detainees. Coming to Australia legally you don't get anything for free unless you are a genuine refugee. Illegal immigrants, which is what I was talking about in respect to the UK, once on the system are able to claim all sorts of social services as the authorities find it too difficult to use the laws they have to deport them. I can't imagine Dutton being so reserved.
