As I said you have to believe Lennon is telling the truth but I agree if he doesn't pursue it this casts a shadow over his behaviour. In this context though I think the person who was punched will also be weighing up what affect this could have on him personally if he lives in the UK, as Lennon does have a number of supporters, I'm not saying he might walk into a door or two but people can become clumsy.
If you actually do your research on Tommy without blinkers on especially regarding incidents like this, he always seems to give the person who is giving him verbal abuse a chance to walk away, he's an hard little bastard and will not take any **** no matter how big they are.

I have seriously tried to research the guy, I find him fascinating not that I admire his views, so I am not impartial. I have read reports about incidents in various parts of Britain, and a common theme appears to be that he uses his wife and family as excuses for his protective behaviour, I've watched the videos of him catching out the BBC and listened to many of his speeches. To be honest I still can't understand why people find his views, appealing, or is it that he is just a focus figure for some wider angst. But that's a free society for you.
The establishment have tried to break him, one of their tactics is to scare him with his family so obviously hes gonna bring it up about what is happening in this instance, when he was jailed for fraud it was his wife who lent her brother 20 grand to get on the property ladder, this happened over ten years ago so when they tried to get him they brought this up saying if he didn't admit to it they would charge his wife, they didn't want to character assassinate her, they wanted him so he was jailed When Peter Mandelsson loaned over 300 grand from labour lord Geoffrey Robinson he got **** all just a slap on the wrist and another job in the government
I get the personal stuff and the pushing back against the establishment but I still fail to see what he actually stands for and therefore I can't see or understand his appeal. I probably never will because ideologically what I think he stands for is so dissimilar to my views.
I could be here all week telling you what he stands for, you probably won't do this but try get hold of his book and read that, it may give you a better insight to why he does what he does, of course you don't have to believe it, some people, not you, will just not change their minds about someone when they have repeatedly been told he's a wrong'un by the msm. I've read "The path to power" and "Downing street years" by your favourite lady, I can see them on the bookshelves as I type and even this wouldn't have convinced to to vote for her but I gave them a read so I should probably do the same with young Yaxley, I can't say it will change my opinion though.
