Garda Commissioner Drew Harris has described 'disgraceful scenes' in Dublin on Thursday night as he called for 'calm heads' and warned against 'misinformation' as violence flared following an attack outside a school.
He said a 'complete lunatic faction driven by far-right ideology' is behind disorder in Dublin this evening. He said a number of Garda vehicles have been damaged.
Harris added: 'I think there's disgraceful scenes in terms of a major investigation, the maintenance of a scene and the gathering of evidence. We have a complete lunatic hooligan faction driven by far-right ideology, and also then this disruptive tendency engaged in serious violence.

Exactly mate, if the protesters had brown faces this far left **** would be asking for calm and calling to the "community leaders" to speak with the police and sort it out peacefully but if its a white indigenous gathering of angry families concerned at their children being stabbed by immigrants they say they will track the "ringleaders" down and the full weight of the law will come down on them.
