Probably the same situation in truck driving.
No other rational explanation for how Chesh has a job.

I work for myself and am only part time 20 hours per week, plus I work from home most of the time..
My usual posting times are between 6 and 7.30 in the morning and post 5 in the evening and over lunch time.

Chesh posts from his phone whilst driving up the M6.
Kim spends his entire day hiding in his guards compartment.
Groundskeeper mighty posts from his school shed
Ell squeezes his posts in between robbing the punters
Bucks only appears from a pub on Friday afternoon

Mighty has now interested me as I never knew he was in that line, my nephew is the FAs Head Groundsman at St Georges and has to take the meetings with the empty headed England manager Southgate, Just a taster: Southgate 'Pitches are looking great, thanks'. Nephew: 'Lithuania and Malta pitches are different, would you like me to set up pitches 2 & 6 to replicate both'? Southgate: 'why' So there you have it a fooking imbecile as England manager.

Speaking of imbeciles how are you Mighty, my boy was at Arsenal for years as No2 but looked after the training ground next door to Watfords

All of these will be claiming jobseekers allowance, housing benefit, child benefit etc etc. I presume the etc etc includes the many people who are staying with partners here and are not working whilst raising families.

Also did we need leave the EU to reduce this number or could we have introduced the same EU immigration restrictions as Belgium?

Thanks for that last paragraph, prompted me to look at Belgium policy.
Problem is we as the UK are full of do gooders and want to be political correct in everything.
Wonder how many other EU countries just pay lip service to the rules and then just do what they want.

I don't think it's because we're a nation of do-gooders so much as we have had a generation of politicians who've wanted it both ways; so they've wanted all the benefits of migrant population but equally have not dared to promote the fact we benefit/need them and have been prepared to allow them to be scapegoated.

When they go there will not be a surplus of people wanting to do manual farm labour or office cleaning or a lot of night shift work because it's not much fun and certainly the age group and income that mainly voted for Brexit are not going to be willing to do this work, they're expecting the younger generation that they have progressively shat on for years and years to clean up their mess one more time before they shuffle of to deathexit.

In terms of the NHS we're buggered without immigrants in the short term and I wouldn't look to the Conservatives to adequately funding nursing and doctors judging by how much they've managed to piss of those professions in the last 7 years.

The latest report from the EFT (Economists for Free Trade) showed that low-skilled workers from the EU coming to the UK cost the taxpayer £3,500 each per year - amounting to a staggering £3.5 billion a year through benefits such as HMRC tax credits.

Why do people think that we will be unable to fill these jobs without migrants? We have managed to do it for 1000s of years before the doors were opened to Poles and Romainians.
The farmers are only bleating because instead of paying Karol £3 per hour to pick fruit he will have to pay the minimum wage to one of the 1.4million unemployed natives !!

The Economists for Free trade or as they were known under their previous name, the Economists For Brexit are accused of not always being entirely accurate http://www.independent.co.uk/news/b...leading-eu-uk-trade-deal-tariff-a7691271.html

And in the study quoted surely it misses the point as in terms of low skilled workers it's irrelevant if they are EU migrants or UK nationals they are still going to cost the taxpayer through tax credits. Again the issue of big businesses being subsided by taxpayers due to their low pay is not something that is solved by leaving the EU. It can be solved staying in the EU or leaving the EU by introducing a living wage.

As for the second point as to why we think we'll be unable to fill these jobs is because that's the reason we introduced immigration in the first place because we literally couldn't fill these jobs.

But if you want your country back so badly, then feel free to paint yourself in red, white and blue and pick Strawberries and serve Pret coffee and clean offices for minimum wage - that learn'll the EU to mess with us
