This was filmed in the 90s but what it warns us about is happening today. Whether it be Climate Change, Gender issues, Coronavirus, racial inequality or demonstrations against law and order, they're all there to cause unrest. I watched a 1hr 20 interview (from the 70s I think) with Yuri Besmenov, he is an ex KGB propagandist who defected to the West. What he discusses is exactly what is happening now. I'm not sure it all comes from Russia, I think the top 1% have latched on to it because it obviously works. He uses the phrase "Useful Idiots" constantly. The KGB didn't want anyone having free thoughts, they tell you what to think and believe. I would post the link but I doubt those who should watch it will.
