A "danger to women" sex offender who was refused parole five times absconded from an open prison in Lincolnshire recently now if you've been refused parole that many times why on earth was this ****head put in an open prison which is more akin to a nursery these people who make these decisions should maybe put the offender up in their homes for a while to see if they are suitably reformed.... thankfully he has been recaptured and hopefully his request next time for parole will be suitably shredded
Edit....... apparently he is still roaming free unfortunately, police have said he is a danger to women and children and should not be approached?? ......so that makes it more ****ing scandalous he was put into an open nursery how do these people come to these decisions..... sickening
