Treble you started that post so well and I was nodding in agreement with you like a Churchill dog driving along a cobbled street but then you try to twist it by bringing up the old 'there are more white peados then muslim ones' of course there is 90% of the population are white and about 5% are muslim but proportionally its a very high percentage of the muslims who engage in this behaviour.
More worryingly is where the white nonces mainly act alone the muslim ones are organised and are a tightknit gang who target non muslim girls which would be racist if the other way around.
The main thing that bugs me is, anywhere in the country if a known nonce was released after serving their sentence it wouldn't be safe for them to return to the area they came from but the fella in the story returns to Rochdale and carries on with his life with no comebacks, if he denounced Islam he would be run out of town but molest a load of infidels welcome home bro .

 

There's a definite problem within the Pakistani muslim community when it comes to the grooming culture and the underage sexual abuse of these young girls. And the fact they did it to white girls and not their own highlights their ignorant and bigoted views towards them. I'm not twisting anything, I just think those who use these vile acts to further their own bigotry don't really give a fck about the actual crime, it's just a stick to beat the drum. I'd listen to anyone who highlights these issues (which do exist) without being driven by prejudice because I think we'll get a lot further that way.

I'm actually with you on the last bit btw. When I read the story I did think, he can't last long on the streets after what he's done, but whilst posting I forgot to mention it. Surely someone's going to batter the ****? If he is being accepted back in his own community then that's fcking shameful. But you know what, it also goes a long way to explain how these blokes were raised and came to hold those views and carry out those actions. And I'm not talking about their faith btw, but this backward view of women in general within some sections of the asian subcontinent. You look at India and the widespread problem they have with rape over there and it shows there's a real problem with the mindset that women are sub-standard and just sexual objects.

 

The world is forever changing and everyone needs to accept it and move forwards together no exceptions. What was acceptable or tolerated in the past probably isn't today the problem lies with everyone wanting to be or branded as a particular group, we are this, we are that, we want, you give, there is no end to the divide created by ourselves.

 

Its not that easy, otherwise the Home Office would have had him extradited upon his release. All he needs to say is his life will be in danger if he is sent back home.

Even the Bangladeshi girl who went to Syria to fight for ISIS, and was subsequently stripped of the UK citizenship has a strong case to come back. I think the protesters are supposedly worried about their freedom of expression regarding the Police and Crime bill.

The majority of them are of college or university age causing rebellion.

There’s plenty within that bill that anyone should be concerned with, not least the right to peaceful protest.

Yet another piece of shoddy, rushed legislation they’re trying to push through without the detailed and appropriate parliamentary scrutiny.

The idea that anyone who is against it or involved in the protests are just rebellious students, is just lazy stereotyping and avoids the actual debate.

A lot of it is common sense.

More protection for emergency staff like Ambulance staff who regularly get assaulted.

A lot of it is common sense or meant to reduce Police paperwork (I'm guessing).

I believe we have one of the fairest judicial systems in the World. It's not perfect. There are corrupt officers out there - I know there are, but they'll get routed out sooner or later.

Our police and judicial system is in an absolute state.

We lost 22,000 mostly experience officers due to ‘austerity’, the lack of detectives across the service is chronic, and directly affects what they’re capable of delivering beyond the high profile headline news cases.

Half of our courts have been closed

Oh and anyone who has a household income of over £35k better hope they never face a false accusation and ends up in Crown court, as you’re paying for it.

As for this bill, there’s elements of it that are fine, and others that are ****e, that’s why we have parliamentary scrutiny (or did). For example, the wording is woolly and not befitting of legislation, what constitutes ‘too noisy’?

It also declares war on the travelling community btw, which has barely had a mention.

 

The piles of paperwork is one of the reasons why the Police lose heart. They want to be on the front line making a difference but wrapped in red tape.

The CPS will only let a case go to court if the police have evidence. Any woolly wording which could be mis described would be jumped upon by the Solicitor / Barrister - if it got that far.

The reputation for travellers are not good, and never stay long enough to pay their due's. They leave a destruction of mess behind them as well as reports of anti social behaviour and thieving. We, the tax payers pay for them. Shoot them too.....

For that to be right, there’d have to be some predisposed difference between black and white humans.

 

It really isn’t though. Having evidence and proof is merely good policing. The issue is the workload due to lack of numbers. Many cases are barely being touched as there’s always a higher priority case landing on their desks. Court time and cost is why the CPS are far more reluctant to take anything on but sure fire winners, particularly in potentially lengthy and costly, complicated fraud cases.

A policy of assassinating travellers, I’ve heard of that idea somewhere before........

If a minority feels picked on, they are more likely to hang around in groups.

They feel hard done by, and spread their resentment.

Being in a large group gives them confidence. They feel they need to defend their own turf.

They carry knives to defend themselves as they don't trust the police.

It could be that social deprivation and the drugs trade that goes hand in hand, leads to gangs who defend their turf, and it’s **** all to do with skin colour.

You and @Tobes are both correct here.

It's a vicious circle. Minority communities are more likely to live in poor areas. The result of this is that they feel isolated by the wider community. Therefore they feel like there is no way out and turn to crime and gangs and drugs which in turn leads to the next generation being predominantly poor etc etc.

 

Doesn't social depravation happen regardless of colour, but let's be honest here the majority of stabbings is black on black, you can butter it up all you like with defending their turf etc. You don't suppose a lot of it is down to lack of father discipline within these youths?
