There's 6 teams who are fighting for 4 places at the top of the league. I cannot see Man City finishing outside the top 4 and Liverpool seem pretty set for now which leaves 4 teams fighting for 2 places. In honesty the teams who finish 5th and 6th this season are just as likely to be in the top four next season as the ones who sneak 3rd and 4th as there's little in it and they wont have CL games to have to contend with. I'd argue with any assertion that Man Utd are somehow a lesser draw for a player than Tottenham/ Arsenal/ Chelsea irrespective of the ending positions this season.

And I've not heard anything about Rashford kicking up a storm but he's on fcking £45k so I wouldn't begrudge his worth is more when the likes of Darmian are on £60k.

Same with Herrera at 75k is a piss take paying Young £110k.

It's not the extortionate salaries of Pogba or Sanchez that are the problem it's the whole wage structure. Makes fck all sense. And creates the atmosphere of players feeling aggrieved.
