    Great thread. From my experience it seems that there is a generation that is early 20's now that seem to have no clue about music at all. The kids behind them that are like 16 / 17 seem to be into proper music again because Vinyl has got cool again etc so they are into record shopping.

    My daughter, late 20s, doesn't have a clue. She thinks music started in 2004 when xfactor started ffs. I keep telling her that there is only one type of music that I listen to - good music - but she wouldn't dream of listening to the stuff that so many of us were brought up on. Shame because she is missing out.
