Maybe we could build lots of sections of a stadium scattered around the site on the bits we own! I guess if I take off my sarcastic hat for a minute it shows that the owners have been busy at work behind the scenes buying up everything they can get their hands on up there to give some leverage in the overall project, we could of course end up building a load of housing and offices up there and no stadium, I wonder if we could offset the profits from that for FFP?!?
