There speaks the frustration of us all. Couple of wins and we'll soon feel better. Hope we can do that.
 
Leasing planes/boats etc is usual practice, I work for P&O they recently built 2 new ferries at a cost of €360m. Then sold them to a French bank and leased them back.

On a different note, I was in Southampton w/e 7th March and went for a jog by the docks and saw The Britannia just before she was officially launched. Impressive piece of kit!

She looks nice in the pictures I've seen, unfortunately the ferries and cruises are 2 different companies (we're owned by Dubai) so I don't get any freebies or discounts on a cruise.
 
Done, but for what it's worth and like many I will only start to get exited when the next phase starts to look something like this...

Now that's a good question. I just typed stadium being built into a google search and then clicked on images. Apart from that i have not the foggiest idea.

I will try to find out!
