Well it was a team and tactics designed to play for a draw and that's what we got, which was better than any of us expected really so no complaints from me.

For the first time in weeks im very pleased with the performance.
On arsenal it says alot that I'd rather city win the league for the umpteenth time in a decade than these ****ers. I used to really like them under winger as well

Thought for nearly all the game we were able to control the game and if the ref / var had done their job we would probably have won .
I actually liked that we matched them physically... If we took that approach more often... Been bullied in the middle and back too often this season...

Good performance all round - I'm disappointed we didn't win, and we might have if the cowards in the VAR room had flagged up a quite clear and obvious penalty.

Funny that Arteta got booked on about 85mins for leaving technical areas. Think he spends more time out of it than in it, so not sure why refs don’t do it the first 5 mins to actually force him to stay there.

no idea what the 4th official actually does apart from pick up a nice wedge of cash
He coaches them like they are u8’s - literally never stops telling them what to do, where to be. Very unlikeable guy

Arsenal are a very good side in possession though, not many trams come and keep the ball so still think was encouraging. In first half we played around them really nicely, get either of those pens and suddenly have something to defend.
Good to see us improve in 2nd half, much more reminiscent of last season where slot make a few tactical tweaks and made us into a better team.
