It will be interesting to see how many players are fit to play after Spurs. Apart from the obvious Isak, Bradley, Gakpo, Gomez, Wirtz, Endo all doubtful and Szobo is suspended

Not seen anything saying Wirtz was injured?

Szobo is a silly one. Didn’t he get booked for pretty much nothing after the richarlison goal? I guess if going to be suspended for one then wolves at home is probably the game to miss.

Should be enough to see Wolves off. Leeds will be different

Key Match Officials Announced

The Premier League has now confirmed the match officials for Liverpool’s upcoming clash against Wolves. Anthony Taylor has been appointed as the on-field referee for this fixture. Taylor, one of the league’s most experienced referees, will be supported by assistants Gary Beswick and Adam Nunn, while Darren England will take on the role of fourth official.
The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) for the game will be Michael Salisbury, with Dan Robathan as the assistant VAR. Salisbury’s role will be crucial in ensuring that any contentious decisions are addressed during the game, particularly as VAR has played a significant role in recent Premier League matches.

Wirtz is fit according to Slot. He was taken off feeling his hamstring but appears fit to play against Wolves. It’s going to be a light bench but hopefully, no more injuries

This is just ridiculous, holding on against 9man Spurs, holding on against the poorest side in the league. We don’t seem to remember how to control games and as for clean sheets, not in our team

take the win, especially given the injuries….but I hate how slowly we’re playing. We are far from sorted imo and only a smidgen away from a few more poor results.

Pathetic second half tbh, we are obsessed with taking our foot off the gas and it just doesn’t ****ing work, why can’t he see that? We aren’t good enough at keeping possession and it just doesn’t suit our club. Konate throwing arms about at the crowd, **** me - what is there to get up for with that display?

Good points:
3 of them.
Wirtz really starting to show his worth.
Frimpong lively and taking on people like Mo used to.
Bad points:
Settling back on a lead and letting inferior teams dictate the game.
Still not secure at the back.

That second half performance was totally pathetic and we ended up lucky to get all 3 pts . Why we came out so passive after being pretty bright first half ,which had the bonus of Wirtz first goal and iirc Frimpongs first PL assist, is beyond me .
