Its a cascading failure in belief.
Rb on a card. Move the 10 to rb.
Cb is walking, take your 6 and move him to cb.
By then all control is destroyed. But there wasnt much anyway.
Its hammering square pags into round holes to fix whatever issue he sees in his head.
Left the rb he bought on the bench.
Left the cb he has on the bench.
Did the moves fix anything? No.
But again wirtz, I dont get it. Everywhere but nowhere. Never close to anyone. strange decisions and some schoolboy errors as well.
As for salah. We.cant carry passengers like this. If you cant run your man any more and you sre being carried defensively by the rest then thsts a big problem.

Wirtz should be inverted left, Salah right, Ekitike in the 10 and Isak up top. Full backs wide and high. That's the players we have so should be playing to our strengths.
Salah shouldn't be in the starting 11 as he has done nothing to deserve it this season .
Maybe swap Chiesa for Salah; no one deserves to play more than the Italian
If he had a full back drawing a player away from him so that he's not always trying to deal with 2 players he may be doing a little better.
I see why Klopp liked to have all the summer activity done early and if they didn't come in early he didn't want them.

Shame. Didn’t think we were too bad. Go 1-0 down to a wonder goal. Nice goal back - give Isak benefit that knew exactly what he was doing.
Then just switched off at the back - holding onto 1-1 with only 2 defenders isn’t ideal. Not sure sure didn’t bring Gomez on instead of Endo so at least had a proper cb or rb.
Some odd decisions, Isak hit in the face harder than gala player mid week but no pen. Szobo booked for kicking the ball in a 50/50, making no contact but Cucurella going down holding his head.
Gakpo then being wiped out by Gusto in dangerous area and somehow not a foul.
Created more then enough chances today, Salah shooting boots missing, Jones shocking effort late on and unfortunately Robbo couldn’t make anything when got into box.

he is regularly 1v1 and done little apart from move inside and balloon a shot over / wide and the occasional decentish cross
Not saying it was a pen, but the hand in the face from Reece.on Gakpo, was pretty much the same as the one that was given against Dom vs.Galatasary in the CLq
Getting really pissed off with Chrystal Tipps doing that in every ****ing game. Anthony Taylor was Anthony Taylor today - not the reason we lost, but being a constant extra drag on a team that has enough of its own anchors atm without another one added to it.
With the problem being very much the manager it's worrying. No matter what players you have if the issue is the manager quote simply not being up to the job there is no solution other than a new manager.
I didn't like what I was seeing very early on with Slot but the team was just doing it's thing and got us over the line. Whenever it did go wrong that's when you saw the cracks, there were no tactical solutions and Slot often just threw more attackers on. Yesterday we ended up with our DM at CB and another midfielder at RB when we had both those positions on the bench. It makes no sense.
