Is Gravenberch back in contention? If so, and we play him at DM, we'll be much better in midfield and that, in turn, will strengthen the defence too. Trouble is, Slot has given him more of a B2B rule this season
Under the lights at Anfield. This is where the team bring their A game. Can see us winning this and Madrid mid week no problem.
So Klopp complains about the Saturday 12.30 kick offs. They change they games to Saturday 20.00 kicks offs and Liverpool get them 2 weeks running.
it's because TNT love us as we clearly bring in their biggest viewing figures and their designated slot is 12:30 on sat however PL brought in rules that if a team played away in europe on the wed the game would have to be moved to 8pm and hence why we are playing then
Its odd that tnt are going there after so long having the 12:30 asia slot. I wonder if its for the USA market in anticipation of anticipation of world cup? Tnt is some form of usa company yeah? It does seem kind of odd.
ffs it was never the Asia spot as the rights are for UK only . Basically it was the package Virgin now TNT could afford to get . the switch to 8 pm is due to UEFA regs as i've pointed out in this thread
No, it’s because England play Australia at Everton’s ground at 2:30 tomorrow so can’t have football match on at same time. Normally you’d be right about Europe, but isn’t the case this time as wasn’t any European matches on mid week this week.
Come on. Of course its.amd Asia slot. 12:30 is 8:30pm or 9:30pm in parts of Asia Prime time The entire slot is designed for the Asia market Who owns in in the UK doesn't change that. 3pm is the middle of the night there.
This game is all aboit Morgan Rodgers. If we deal with him then we will do OK aside from set peices. If he gets the run of the park we wont be able to cope.
Ah another 8pm KO So we finally started getting results on the 12:30 games Suddenly they stop and now 8pm is all the rage and we have done two of them already before anyone kills me with facts It’s just how it feels to me and that’s all that matters
Meh - we're not the only ones to get random time slots. Just have to deal with it. Having said that, it's a pain in the jacksie for fans. Saturday night is the night for most social events - and a lot of my friends don't really understand why I put football first over anything they want to do.
Think you are wrong there in terms of the use of everyone - yes everyone probably has had that slot but its the volume of those slots that seems unfair. It is absolutely proven we had the most 12:30 games We know the reason but lets not pretend its not happening If you listen to any of the pros they do claim it makes a difference to prep etc. Years ago Rooney went on record about eating Pasta at 9:00am so whilst we can sit here saying just deal with it, that is true and fine but the split should be equal across the board. I wouldnt be happy if i had to do some aspects of my job at 4am- noon whilst others were doing the same job but 9-5
