I'm saying **** all.
You sat in the corner rocking whilst saying "**** all"...?
I'm saying **** all.
Frankfurt is a team full of international players, they are not a mid-level Championship team and i'm betting are better than the likes of Leeds, Wolves, West Ham etc.
Brentford results st home are good.
Brentford have got more solid at the back.
This is a major challenge.
I want to see aggression in the play. I want to see eplauers right up behind their opponents to deny time to turn.
I want to see people blocking cross and not standing off letting people play easy passes into our box. Im sick of seeing that kind of ****e.
Be agressive.
Press well from the front, keep the lines together and then make actual contact with man or ball to stop moves.
You dont come from 19 yards cleaning someone oit if you are onto their back the second they get it.
Bundle them over if you must but be there.
Dropping 10 yards off like a coward is no good.
Last night we say Szoboszlai run into Jones to go at the man Jones had and it left their plauer free as a bird to pass.
And ****ing Robertson still dropped off his man rather than get in his grid and make a block.
Cut that ****e out and we've a half chance to do something.
We will have to wait and see who is available now.
This ignores the fact that Gakpo has been our most potent attacker this season so far though along with the fact that MacAllister has been severely under par all season and doesn't look fit.Arsenal fan here.. now I have to say this because we have ALOT of annoying overreactive fans at Arsenal but... You guys take the ****ing biscuit.
Firstly with the treatment of Trent last Season and now Salah.
Your best player is being scape-goated for a few poor performances.
Seriously Salah was unreal last Season and now you all want him dropped? Wirtz has come in - DONE NOTHING and deserves a starting spot?.. same with Isak honestly.
IMO - this is what Slot should be doing...
---Isak--------Ekitike-------Salah---
---------------Szobozlai----------------
-----Macallister----Gravenberch----
Isak plays on the left for his country, while Ekitike deserves to start up top. To me that looks a WAY stronger lineup.
I'll be thrilled if you guys do drop Salah though - I think your chances of winning the league reduce considerably without him in your lineups.

I am surrounded by Arsenal fans. We’re not quite at their level yet but it’s getting close!

Fair - I mean started Gakpo instead of Isak or Wirtz instead of Szobozlai is fine. There needs to be some rotation. This ignores the fact that Gakpo has been our most potent attacker this season so far though along with the fact that MacAllister has been severely under par all season and doesn't look fit.

He's not "jibing" at Newcastle. Can anyone on here explain the logic to me where Slot continues to jibe at Newcastle in relation to Isak? Honest question.
Isak’s lack of fitness is entirely down to Isak. He went on strike and refused to train and then play with the first team squad. He refused to apologise to, in particular, his then team mates and was banished to train on his own until he did. He didn’t and, therefore, trained by himself until joining your lot at the end of August. Liverpool have had since then to get him fit.
Isak is now injured it would seem but Slot fails to accept any responsibility in that even though he says Liverpool did confirm to Sweden in the last boredom break that Isak was fit to play two games which he then did. It would seem possible that he wasn’t fit enough to do that (the injury obviously could also just occurred on the boredom break) but rather than accept Liverpool’s medical advice was wrong Slot talks about ‘a smaller club’ and pre season.
Slot referring to ‘smaller club’ being totally disrespectful to Newcastle and completely unnecessary. Also a classic case of deflection. If we were playing you I might get the link, the dig but as we aren’t, it comes across as him making excuses for mistakes made by Liverpool in managing Isak’s fitness.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not claiming Liverpool aren’t a bigger club than us currently. That for me is obvious. But why reference (albeit indirectly) us at all in his post match interview? He comes across as insincere, classless and pathetic. A huge step down from the likes of Shankly, Paisley and even Klopp in his early days.

The Mail (I know, I know) are reporting Slot as of last week saying Isak was 100% fit. If so, his comments last night make no sense.I don't think he's having a pop at Newcastle, he's just very openly honest with his thoughts. Took me a while to get used to it after he arrived.
I have watched most your games.I ignored it, he clearly didn't watch our games (and why would he?)
I am surrounded by Arsenal fans. We’re not quite at their level yet but it’s getting close!
I think that Salah’s minutes need managing. Playing 90 minutes twice a week is a lot as you age. Your line up suggestion has some merit. Reality is we’ve changed just about everything, it’s not just about the line up, it’s the lost partnerships everywhere….quite a few on here knew it would take some time, quite a few on here are surprised at how disjointed we look currently…..quite a few of us are complaining - it’s the easiest thing to do as fans I guess, especially when you’re the champs and have just spent big for the first time ever. Expectations are set. I’d say that Arsenal fans know this but they’ve had no reasons for their expectations to be so high before
Joking aside, I said it’s arsenals year at the start of the season (for the above reasons) and it’s no pleasure at all to say I was right. Zubamendi has transformed your midfield imo. You will win this season at a canter imo.
take care

based on what as it cannot be present form ?I have watched most your games.
But I still think Isak over Gakpo and Ekitike deserves to start IMO.
