    1: Luke Campbell boxing gold (local bias). You won't find someone from hull who didn't support him in some way. Will be granted freedom of the city for his efforts, also a top guy

    2: Jade Jones taekwondo gold, never seen anyone so happy to have won. Made better that she couldn't afford to go to trials so everyone in her tiny welsh village clubbed together and paid for her.

    3: The brothers winning the triathlon gold and bronze, it's impressive just to read their training regime let alone do it repeatedly!

    4: Laura Trott 2 cycling golds - at 19 years old, what an individual achievement! Also part of the team sprint team that set 7 world records in a row on the path to gold

    5: Jess Ennis and Mo Farah, equal for impressiveness but only fifth on my list as they won when they were (more or less) expected to. Take nothing away from them though of course.

    I think you'll find this is the same guy that did the answering message for the "Irish Mental Health Hotline" sketch.
