No I don't Col (although he is displaying all the traits of seriously being unable to break out of the cycle) but you don't know he isn't either to be fair...... and on top of that he may not have admit it and seeked help either.

ENGLAND footballer Steven Caulker has been fined £12,500 and banned from driving for 18 months for refusing to provide a breath test.

The QPR centre back was handcuffed and arrested after he repeatedly declined to cooperate with police when he was confronted in a car park near Windsor Castle.
Caulker, 25, was driven away from the hearing by his brother who picked up a parking ticket while the 6ft 3ins defender was standing in the dock nearby.
Magistrates in Slough, Berks, heard the £40,000-a-week footballer was found standing beside his Range Rover with the driver’s door open and the engine running shortly after midnight on March 12.
Dressed in a fitted dark grey suit and white shirt, unbuttoned at the collar, the player heard how he was captured driving the vehicle on CCTV.
Prosecutor Tina Flannery said: “He was parked after trying to leave the car park by the barrier. He was given three opportunities to provide a breath sample but he was arrested and taken to Maidenhead Police Station. He was asked again to provide a sample but refused.”

Don't trains run to Somerset? On £40,000 he can afford a taxi there and pay his brithers parking fine (brains obviously are not the familys' strong point).
What country is it that imposes penalties that relate to the the persons income, seem to recall somewhere that some fines for offences committed by very wealthy people were huge, is it the States or somewhere in that region?
