i heard that he was coming back weeks ago as soon as neath went out of business, I forgot all about it but im glad he is back he done brilliant with neath .....

i have never been wrong...i said a while ago that monk is being linked to Bristol city well before it came out on the EP...I hear many many things that some i will mention like monk because he is our captain and o'leary who dont warrant a mention......why would i.....If i mention something then it will be what i have found out and not something made up.......some things i cant mention as i have been told not to make it public yet......you be surprised what i get to hear about........
Laudrup had an assistant coach at his last gig remote , when the club fired his assistant , Laudrup quit . When he got the job with " The Swans " , Laudrup rehired the assistant ( name eludes me at the moment )..... so he has his right hand man ... I think !
Sounds like a man of principles if he resigned over his No 2. A manager usually wants a trusted advisor and they often come as a pair. Sounds as if he might have already arivived. It's good that it's sorted quickly.
So kris returning to become a coach here is not worth a mention but pratly having a medical at forest IS worth a mention ??

I think the Club are trying to address the problem of Managers leaving by having a succession policy. In some ways thw Swans would like to copy the old Liverpool boot room philosophy where they promoted from within. Difficult to achieve in reality but nonethe less worth aspiring to. Further evidence is surely Alan Curtis' appointment to First Team Coach to try and bring some stability and continuity.
No one knows whether Kris O Leary will ever take over eventually, but he has the badges and at least a structure is in place to encourage development, excellence and promotion from within the existing set up.
I think the Swans are showing that as an organisation they are trying forsee potential problems and put in practices to negate them, rather than respond to developments.
Whilst arguments will always rage over personnel at least we are trying to run ourselves as a sustainable business in a financially mad league.

Agree with that Cwm, but getting quality coaching staff through the ranks is a difficult one, think the answer will be some what down the road, when the club has matured in stature enough to keep a quality manager, though we don't seem to do to bad with 'Rookies', but having training facilities and Academy status would help, and that is well under way, so hopefully all this will in future, encourage more loyalty from a Swansea manager............

Yep..you either take peoples rumors or you dont......not my problem im only interested what i can find out for my self and how important I think it is and not anybody else's.........kris done well with neath and i was told that he was coming back to the club ....old news to me..
