Sorry, yes, he did, my bad, but you are insinuating he used the English word Negro, not eh Spanish word negro. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/jan/01/fa-report-luis-suarez-patrice-evra Here is the extracts from the transcript. P.S. you're still a ****

Evra maintained that Suarez had already called him ******/Negro/Blackie six or seven times before Marriner interjects. Then, after Evra admits he tells the South american to stop touching him and Suarez responds with the word negro, then, for the first time VISIBLY observed on VT, does Evra become extremely agitated and distressed. So, if Suarez had called him blackie/negro/****** all those times before, why does he wait until the seventh (eighth, nineth...?) time before he explodes? Or is it not true that this is the first time, as he claimed, that Suarez used the word negro, the first time Evra heard it (and assumed it was ******) and that suarez's version of events (except, perhaps, the intent behind the word negro) has been true all along?

Yes he was pretty stupid, to believe he was actually going to get a fair trial in front of the FA by telling the truth. He should have done what Evra did and lied through his teeth.
- Strictly speaking child porn is not on the regular internet but on a 'deeper' level (look it up, this is in layman's terms). It's highly illegal and rightly so, as it is inherently abusive. The use of a 'naughty' word is not so. - It depends. The internet is not the same as a street. Any attempt to view it as such is ignorant and betrays a lack of contemporary knowledge. - Yes, it was silly to say, but betrays the pettiness and vulture-like nature of our wonderful tabloid press more so. The fact that people care about one little word so much tells us we have a tabloid infected culture, also. - It's a conversation between two friends - the police have no role to play as no crime has been committed. - Is it horrible? The English do not have a monopoly on what is morally right, despite their claims. - Latin countries are inherently racist? Do me a favour.
"My guess is to defuse any potential fall out the club will punish him so the FA dont get involved and nor do the police." The police? Get a f00king grip! If there'd been one scintilla of REAL evidence against Suarez in the first place the CPS would have charged him quicker than you could have said "Your sister's pussy". And just WHAT are the police going to charge Pacheo with? Price Harry in a fly-on-the-wall documentary a few years back called a friend and fellow officer "our resident Pak!". Ill-advised, to say the least, and worse than what pacheo has said to a friend on a public forum. Btw, returning to criminal prosecutions in the Suarez case, Evra, you, me or Luther Fooking Blissett has the right now to bring a private criminal prosecution if the CPS decline. He's a rich man - the Commission For Racial Equalities are not short of a bob or too and could easily raise the money for a prosecution by having a whip round at Old Toilet. So what's stopping them?
