I hated that pick for the Patriots. I like Garoppolo but in the second round, you should be giving Brady more chances to win now rather than to groom someone who might be good enough to step in two or three years down the line.
So the Pack play their favourite hand and pick a reciever in the second round. I feel sorry for the rest of the NFC North!! Peppers, Mathews and Hawk on the hunt with the taste of Quarterback blood. Cobb, Nelson, Adams and Boykin catching anything A Rod sends their way and Aaron Rogers just being the machine he is!
Don't know much about Barr, I thought the only linebacker we would consider at #8 was Mack, so didn't really do much research into the other top end ones. From what I have now seen/read it seems like he is a bit of project as he has only played linebacker for a short time, but has all the physical tools to be a very good pass rushing linebacker, which Zimmer loves. Absolutely delighted with Bridgewater though, when it was getting to the late 20's and he still hadnt gone I was basically shouting at my TV for the Vikings to trade up and get him. Really hope he can make the step into the NFL and Vikings have FINALLY found a franchise QB. Came out afterwards that Vikes tried to trade with the Eagles for #22 to get Manziel, but the Browns offered more. Thank **** for that. Don't know much about the 2 3rd round picks, thought we might wait for a RB as we do need one to back up AP, but maybe could've got one in RD5/6, and with Allen gone needed another DE. Massive shock as Mayock loves him, basically says it about everyone and he gets loads of praise when he "predicted" that sombody would turn out great . Need some help in the secondary now, and possibly a WR. Either 2 corners, a safety and a WR or guard, or just one corner and a WR and guard please.
Can't believe we passed on him although I'm happy with a CB. Manning tore Cooper a new one last year. It is clear Chiefs are drafting to get to Manning - pass rusher in the first and now secondary. Wouldn't surprise me if they go DE in the pick.
Man I am loving that Round 4 pick for the Chiefs. Mccluster's replacement for kick and punt returns and slot WR I reckon.
Overall, not pleased with our draft. Like one pick, dislike one pick and don't even know the other three. Suppose that's to be expected when your GM does trades just to keep himself from getting bored.
No way is he backup. Think he won't start the season but will drift in 3-4 games in once he gets to know his offensive team mates.

I think he gets it over camp. Happens all the time, team says they're going to keep the veteran in and the rookie can be a rookie etc... but you don't bench your best players, and Manziel is better than Hoyer. As for that NFL Europe thing, great news. Their stock has been appalling since the beginning of time, while customisation means they'll theoretically never run out.
Pack drafted to need in the first round (speed in the secondary required = Clinton-Dix), then took extra WR and TE in later rounds (although, should the rumoured return of Jermichael Finley be on, we'll have too many TEs and one of them like Quarless might be traded to cover injury mid-season). With Lacy rightly winning Offensive ROTY and Writer's ROTY last year, the Pack are on target to go all the way this year - only injuries prevented a better year last season (and my only concern is the continuing lack of cover for Aarron Rodgers if, say, the Bears stiff him again ). I backed the Pack before the draft - 14/1 to win the SB, 8/1 to win the NFC. No doubt the odds will have dropped by now but everyone should know Ted plays his aces in the draft
