This shows that europe have 4 teams in the last 16... possible 5 but 4 at this point. all qualifiers from south america reached the last 16. 3 african teams went through and concacaf have done historically well.

Of the europeans 3 are stil quite strong and and we should see at least one in the semis.. perhaps 2.

I think location has played a huge role in this World cup.... not on Asian qualifier is disappointing for them for sure and the european contingent is a big let down overall.
