What do people think of Remy?

Personally, I think he's a decent player - has power and pace, and is simply a natural striker who is used to staying central i.e. being in the box. Some of his goals have been brilliant.

Can't say that I've watched him extensively or know much about his ability off the ball.

Although I am concerned that he chose moneybags QPR...

Apparently he's the Kiwi Messi ...

Only 21 but I hear he's doing extremely well in that league and is amongst the best (if not THE best) players in the league.

yeah but its a crap league....

remy ... looked ok a bit but hard to judge given the situation, another ba type injury worry IMO allowed qpr to snatch him but there you go.... not bad but is he the guy? top 4 a distant trophy and you need a big step improvment, do you call him?

Still not fond of him literally on his way to Newcastle then somehow getting lost to QPR where he makes more money.

Will he improve our squad and attacking options? Yes. Get him at the right price then I don't mind.

Is he a BIG improvement? Not so sure.

Also, I hear that Spurs are interested in Eriksen...

I've always liked Tevez (as a player) thought United were crazy to let him go.

Liverpool is slightly closer to Argentina too!

How old is he now though? Surely wouldn't fit long term vision of club. He would bring his own baggage too.

Thank jeebus that Sturridge seems to have such a good level head on his shoulders.

We need players like him and Lucas on the team

Gotta be honest here, I wasn't expecting a reply with more questions. I though that was all people needed to know, so it looked like I was one of those football gurus who know everything. <ok>

Rojas... kid that plays for Sydney... did a quick google on him when first linked.

He isn't bald and doesn't have a beard. Floppy bushy dark hair from what I recall... Chilean parents grew up in NZ.

Doing well in Oz if that means anything... pretty short... likes to bite people.

/I made that last fact up.

i bit a player and i liked it, the taste of his hairy armpit...

I bit a player and i liked it, i liked it.. i hope brendan don't mind it.

It felt so wrong it felt so right, it don't mean i'm going to bayern tonight.

This was never the way I planned
Not my intention
I got so brave, in the area...
Lost my discretion
It's not what, I'm used to
Just wanna wind you up
I'm curious to see you sent off
Caught my attention

I bit ivanovic and I liked it
The taste of his hairy armpit
I bit ivanovic just to try it
I hope brendan don't mind it
It felt so wrong
It felt so right
Don't mean I'm off to bayern tonight
I bit ivanovic and I liked it
I liked it

No, I don't even know his name
It doesn't matter,
You're my experimental game
Just human nature,
It's not what,
Good players do
Not how they should behave
My head gets so confused
Hard to obey

I bit ivanovic and I liked it
The taste of his hairy armpit
I bit ivanovic just to try it
I hope brendan don't mind it
It felt so wrong
It felt so right
Don't mean I'm off to bayern tonight
I bit ivanovic and I liked it
I liked it

Us reds we are so magical
Soft at the back, red shirts, so beatable
Hard to resist so touchable
Too good to deny it
Ain't no big deal, it's just a pen

I bit ivanovic and I liked it
The taste of his hairy armpit
I bit ivanovic just to try it
I hope brendan don't mind it
It felt so wrong
It felt so right
Don't mean I'm off to bayern tonight
I bit ivanovic and I liked it
I liked it

All in all i think this has no 1 written all over it.

Bild are reporting that Bayern have activated the buyout clause in Gotze's contract - €37m!! And there are rumours that Gotze has already agreed the deal!!

Possible knock on effect is that Dortmund will want Eriksen to replace him.

good for dortmund!

if erikkosn shows all the ambition in the world and goes there that's good on him i say.

If we bid and fail then that's all we can do. if we have not bid and he goes there for 17mil we should be hauling out the club staff and building bonfires long before guy fawlkes night.

We need to realise we're a bunch of losers. the sooner we wake up to that and actually do fix it the better. If erikkson picks us and we take alonso back and buy 2-3 others as well great but as long as a bunch of no hopers like spurs don't get him having sold bale i won't mind.

spurs can't even match our chuffing wages.... they are in a decent position but by no means have 4th even close to sewn up so i simply cannot where players get that they are tops.

I went to the FF last night, couldn't afford RVP so decided that it was not torres for me but lets get a spurs forward seeing they've a match in hand... oh right... they've no forwards of note.... I stuck in adebayor and frowned....

After the Goetze deal, think Eriksen is Dortmund bound for sure.

If Erikson signs for Spurs over us who would you like to see us sign instead? Being realistic.

Belhanda, Michu, some one else?

Would genuinely be devastated if we missed out on Eriksen.
