Juventus agree a deal with Manchester City for striker Carlos Tevez to join the Italian side in a transfer worth up to £12m

 

£12mil is a good price for Tevez. Bit Gutted we didn't get him when we signed Mascherano to be honest.

Then Henri Ryan and that'll be this window done, unless we get a sudden shock.

 

Interesting, he'll go into the first 11 I reckon, if he doesn't then it won't take long before he is in.

Not heard much about that Llori fella, haven't heard much rumours about him either. Hoping we still get Henri, he's the one I'm least confident about atm.

 

So far we've been linked heavily with Toure, Alberto, Aspas, Mignolet - all of which have signed. Other one we're heavily linked with, Henri Ryan. Optimist would say we're signing all targets, pessimist would say we've signed all out targets so far that we're bound to miss out on one. Take you pic

 

I think Llori is likely to come in next and Mkhitaryan is also a high chance of going through still. Added to Toure, Alberto, Aspas and Mignolet and that's some serious strength and depth added to our squad.

Carra out, Toure in.
Carroll out, Aspas in.
Coates probably leaving, Llori probably in.
Shelvey probably leaving, Alberto in.
Mkhitaryan possibly in to the first team (maybe replacing Suarez, but hope not)
Mignolet in and (imo) Reina leaving.

Considering Carroll wasn't even here, Shelvey is a bit-part player and Coates too, we've added to the squad depth but not too much to the first team.

CB needs improving beyond Agger and Skrtel with a mid-20, commanding player. Toure isn't that player, but he'll be a good addition.
LB needs reinforcing.
CM looks weak when you take Lucas or Gerrard out.
IF Suarez goes, we'll need more than Mkhitaryan to cover that loss.

Promising start to the summer though

 

£12m for Tevez is ridiculous.

Go to the Sunderland board for a laugh, constant liverpool bashing. "he is too good for liverpool" well an actual player of yours clearly didnt think so.

Tbh, the only stuff I find reliable is stuff that reported on SSN or from the echo, it was the daily express I think that was reporting the stuff about Henri, and that we haven't made contact blah blah blah. Just gotta wait and see, two more ill be happy with, anymore in as a bonus, need to get rid of some too tough, Downing and possibly Reina. Coates and Skrtel too maybe? And then loan suso out.

 

Can't get rid of Skrtel unless we sign an established CB. Toure & Agger can't be the only 2 senior CB's we have.

 

Suppose, sell Coates, shelvey, downing and possibly Reina.

Get in Lloris, Henri Ryan and if Suarez leaves get a replacement for him too.

Would like another cm too, but that's just being selfish

 

Sell Coates, Shelvey, Spearing, Downing & Reina.
Sign Ilori, Henri Ryan, Diame & a versatile defender who can play CB/LB.

Would mean there would be lots of changes but not to the original starting squad. Coates, Shelvey, Spearing, Carroll all been part time players so although plenty of change, haven't been wholesale changes to the first 11. Would mean we aren't starting again after a decent 2nd half to the season with a whole new team.

To be fair, 2 years ago he got 0 goals 0 assists.
this year he got 2 or 3 goals and 4 or 5 assists.
Surely means next year he'll get 5 or 6 goals and 10 assists... simple maths
