This is the concern. Before, I was worried that we would waste the money on the wrong players i.e. Carroll, Downing etc.

But now, I'm concerned that we simply cannot attract the players that we want.

I had arguement over reina's handling but i've said on suarez the club has done well.

As it stands we haven't really spent anything when you factor in player sales. So personally I still think we should be trying to push the Eriksen deal while he's still available.

I posted the theory we were not actually buying until we at least had a firm sale agreed so i expect that either we will hear we've some deal done for someone or some firm interest whether that is before or after suarez talks to arsneal is another matter.

I always laugh at these so-called deadlines that clubs put to other clubs, it doesn't achieve anything, especially if the players wants to leave. I just hope it gets done before then so we have time to recruit replacements

I'd be inclined to say yes but not 100%. I would like to think that the club would only buy players if the deal is right and I certainly don't want to see us spend money for the sake of it. also, people need to remember that we spent £20m in January, where did that money come from?
