Not many options out there really?? No out and out strikers anyway. We aren't in a great position to be signing ready made goalscorers at the moment. Most strikers who did well last season have moved to a new club already.
Soldado is a poacher - all his goals from inside the box. Last long he could - maybe three years? A younger attacker + Soldado/Yilmaz is likely, I feel.
Can i just point one thing out... who is left to buy? If arsenal fail to get suarez after all this who will they be left with to chase? Equally if we get our 50mil who is there for us to really chase?
Can't see Arsenal stumping up the £50m for Suarez. John Cross from the Mirror (close connections with Arsenal) said the same this morning. He expects Arsenal to raise their offer but only by a bit with add ons. For us - Bernard, Yilmaz and Luis Muriel would be great buys.
