The arrogance of some of your fans knows no boundaries. I used to have a great deal of respect for Liverpool and it's fans in the 70's and 80's, but you lot aren't in the same class as your forefathers.
If you read that you will see there is no sign of our fans acknowledging we have a chance of signing him.
I think that was probably a pisstake at some of the Arsenal fans who claim they were never interested in any of the targets who eventually signed for other clubs, nothing personal against Newcastle
