So Llambias is trying to get us on side by saying there's a new player in it for us....
Firstly: I'll believe it when I see it. Surely the Carroll moneys made some interest by now that we could spend on a player?
Secondly: The timing is a disgrace. Why not do it when in the Championship or first season when we all hated him anyway. Why now when he risks destabilising everything we have worked towards!
Thirdly: I think we all know the one player we sign in January will be a striker, and they will pretend they wouldn't have been able to sign him if it weren't for "Ashley's renaming miracle".
Fourthly: It will always be St James Park to me so no matter what marketing says, and who tells me and the media otherwise, I will never call it anything else.
    Rant Over.

Up the toon and let's use this anger to smash Man City off the face of the planet.

As Ashley is just paying himself from one company to another, do we ACTUALLY make any money from these deals?
More importantly, is it money laundering? Can we get him arrested? and how soon?

I wish I hadn't read a bunch of comments sections on several news sites. The number of times I read the words 'laughing stock', 'puppet' and 'cockney' is embarrassing. No wonder the media has this image of us all being morons with these sort of impulsive, poorly thought out comments:

"its up to the older generstion to keep the name ST JAMES PARK alive and to to tell our kids what a bad man mike ashley is he is not a geordie so doesnt understand he will probly change our colours next to blue and red he doesnt know we dont even eat bacon in newcastle because its red and white striped go back to london you bad man and and take your puppets with you"

The knowledgeable ones were on last night admitting it was a shame that football is heading in this direction and they wouldn't laugh because its likely inevitable for most clubs. Which is true, and honest <ok>. These ones here now are just a few clueless morons who stopped drooling over page 3 long enough to notice the sport news this morning.
