Yes, looks a bit more wedgier on the top of the chassis. More pronounced japseye at the front as well it seems. Really doesn't help!

Nice to see drivers struggling to handle their cars, makes them look less easy to drive again, not glued on rails

SkyF1 Horner also confirmed suspicions that the Renault-powered outfits such as Red Bull are going to take a hammering on straightline speed on Sepang's final sector compared to the Mercedes cars: "On the information we have we've about eight tenths to a second slower down the straights. So anything we can claw back we're clawing it back in the corners." Christian Horner, joining us from the pitwall during practice, reveals one of the new sensors that Red Bull have brought to this weekend failed to give any readings whatsoever during P1. It, however, has been replaced for the second session and is so far working properly.
Have they replaced that sensor with the official FIA one? Strange I thought red bulls sensors were always giving the correct readings....
Will Tyson ‏@theWPTformula 3m Red Bull tend to run a bit lighter on Friday than most, more similar to mid-race fuel load.
Early days but Ferrari race pace looking good. Looked nice through the corner sections too. Merc strong although rear tyres may play a role. Depends if they can get clear early and manage the race from the front. Red Bull is a monster to be this quick when so slow on the straights. Through the corners on rails. Worrying for their rivals. McLaren looking a little slower than Merc/RedBull/Williams/Ferrari at this stage. Could this be Buttons sort of GP with tyre management looking a major factor? Or is this citcuit just punishing for everyone?
Looks like Ferrari will be the team this week to finish 2nd behind Mercedes. Not Williams or McLaren as I was expecting.
I think Mercedes aren't going to win this one, looking like Ferrari's race. The Mercedes should get pole but may fall away in the race a little. They've gone conservative with cooling which may help in the long run however, we'll have to see.
Mercedes' pace on the hard on their 2nd stint was similar to the Ferrari on the medium. Mercedes' problem is the long run on the medium. Red Bull looking very strong too.
