The rules were changed well before Hamilton joined Mercedes!? They were conceived as far ago as 2011!? And then changed to V6 to suit FERRARI!? I'm sure last year most were saying Rosberg would wipe the flaw with Hamilton as LH can't look after tyres, fuel, is too hard on tyres, bad racecraft etc, and now all these same people are crying onto their remote controls because they say these rules were geared just for one driver The conspiracy theories on here are fantastic, and that is aimed at several posters and not just the quote above.
The engine change was opposed by Ferrari actually, as they don't have a V6 car in their range and couldn't see the point. If you're going to be a ****er, at least get your facts straight. Typical Hamelot.
Yes, it was supposed to be a 4cyl, then Ferrari had it changed. That was my point!? Want some more humble pie?
Wow, two insults in two posts because someone has pointed out the rules were not made for just one driver!? Want to go any lower?
Really, you could just replace all your posts with this: please log in to view this image and get exactly the same effect.
Came back to pretty much what I anticipated... I'll come back again when I'm not likely to start upsetting people.
So, does this always happen? I mean the bickering, childishness and down right stupidity in people's comments after a race! Grow up people and engage your brains before speaking!
Latest article with regards to Vettel's problems, the Germans are obviously looking in it more detail. http://www.motorsport-magazin.com/f...tel-gegen-ricciardo-20-sekunden-und-multi-31/ What's wrong with Vettel? Even though the strategy could still be changed in time: The gap to Ricciardo was considerable. Already in the qualifying of the Australian German took off half a second and results in training duel now 3-1. The trend in the race looks similar. Even in Bahrain said former world champion Jacques Villeneuve towards motorsport Magazin.com that the Red Bull rookie was the biggest surprise of the season for him. Jacques Villeneuve Ricciardo has surprised me "Ricciardo was always a good qualifier and not as quick in the race," gave the Canadians to consider yet. The fact that he is currently the faster of the two Red Bull drivers, surprised him even more. And go nice and slow the champion team of the explanations for the unusual order. The team duel we not judge now.Dr. Helmut Marko It's said even flow of petrol, once software update, then suddenly engine mapping. The fact that Daniel Ricciardo is currently just faster, no one wanted to believe or say. After the Chinese Grand Prix, there were at least hints in this direction. Even team boss Horner: "Daniel comes with the car clearly better." Marko, who rarely holds back with estimates themselves are carefully this time: "The team duel we not judge now." All around an assessment but did not come around the Doctor. "Dani comes with the car along better, his tire wear is reduced. Sebastian When you have to look that one finds settings that he will return to the tire whisperer." The result of the China GP Vettel itself also looks a bit perplexed. "Generally speaking, I have not forgotten how to drive. I'm not quite as clear, but do not know why that is," the four-time world champion after the race. Niki Lauda concurs partially with: "Vettel has not forgotten how to drive, but driving with these cars." Vettel seems to have not used so quickly to the new formula 1, as Ricciardo managed. New tires, more torque, the elimination of the blown diffuser - all factors that make the great influence on the driving style. Just driving with blown diffuser was one of Vettel's best discipline. However, we must not forget one thing: As the blowing of the diffuser was highly regulated in the past year and the sensitive Pirelli tires disintegrated after a few laps, Vettel had initially also problems to keep Webber at bay. At the end, he won nine races in a row and secured superior to the world title.
Lets be honest Vettel is not having a dire time like Kimi. He is just having to move over ever so slightly as he is a bit off with the formula. Still driving well. He will be back to normal service soon.
Roseberg was awful today but still some how got 2nd, that Mercedes is to good. Hopefully next season will be better.
