Loving the hypocrisy guys.. It's alright when Hamilton has a car 3 seconds a lap faster than everyone else but when Vettel has a car half a second faster you all want his head..
There is not one driver who deserves this championship less than Hamilton, I'd even rather di Resta get it.

And why do you think he doesn't deserve it?? I actually really like Hamilton and don't understand the grief he gets from certain quarters! In fact if anything I think he is grossly underrated and unbeatable if his mindset is correct and he has a competitive car.

Obviously the car he has at the moment is just ridiculous and most drivers would be in the top two places in that car, but I don't think any would be beating Hamilton in the same car at present!

No doubt this was a very boring grand prix just a different driver and a different set of fans being the victors. But as with Webber like Rosberg today he should be the one to blame for failing to fight for the lead + unlucky with telemetry issue.

So guys ..what do you think of this?

Adrian Newey chose overcast Silverstone over smoggy Shanghai for the weekend of the Chinese Grand Prix.

Speed Week reports that Red Bull’s technical boss will not be on the Shanghai pitwall on Sunday because he is actually trackside at Silverstone.

It is at the British Grand Prix venue that the season opener of the world endurance sports car championship is taking place, and Newey has been spotted chatting with Red Bull’s newly-retired driver Mark Webber.

This weekend, Australian Webber is kicking off his new career as Porsche’s lead prototype driver.

“It was just a shorter journey to Silverstone than it was to Shanghai,” a smiling Newey explained. (GMM)

And this is exactly what I mean. It's alright when Hamilton has by far the best car but if it is someone else it's not.

Can't believe how bitter F1 fans can be. Worse than football fans sometimes.

Lewis deserves it no more or no less than Vettel. Similar scenarios right now- both in a car miles in front of anyone else and where the best competitor drivers cannot hurt them.

The sport needs classic battles to save it- that was dire today.

Can we do something with the coverage like trackside microphones or something because i feel like we are watching it from Crofty and Brundles soundproof commentary box.

Just means Newey is working very hard to sort the car out in Milton Keynes and after the qualifying at China he went to see his buddy Webber. When Newey doesn't go to a race weekend it usually means Newey is hard at work to sort something out.

The reason for my comment was I am tired of pointing out that the reason for people's boredom with Vettel winning was because this had been going on for four years. It was not a personal issue with Vettel, nor was it because he is German (another claim regularly and erroneously made) but because in four years of Red Bull domination other top drivers (not just Hamilton, but also Alonso wasting the remaining few years of his F1 career, and others) did not have the chances their talent deserved. Four years. Come back to me after three and a half years of this and I might agree with you.

You constantly whine about hypocrisy but I am yet to see any examples of it. As I have said before, this forum stands out as being so much less biased pro and anti Hamilton than most. If any forum does not deserve the claims you make it's this one.

The reason I would like you to give it a rest is because I am bored of saying this over and over again, only for this to make no difference. Perhaps you should look to your own biases before making your rather boring accusations.

The difference is Lewis has and is racing the very best when in a good car where as Vettel has never had a quality team-mate but until now and is getting stuffed. Maybe you should follow your idol who has been relegated to DTM. Haters like will have to get used to Lewis winning or as i said go watch the chump driving in DTM.

And what must Mclaren be thinking.... Being lapped by the race leader..hmmmmm. Mclaren needs to step back and try to find out what's going on with their set up. During the tests they looked like the team to possibly threaten the mercedes along with Williams...what went wrong?

And just remind me what i've done? I've just said Hamilton is the biggest sore loser on the grid and doesn't deserve the title. Sorry for having an opinion.

Do you see us jumping around? No...

I think the actual hypocrisy is coming from certain people suddenly acting out and trying to hit out at Hamilton supporters.

Lewis needs to give Bernie a nice big present for his birthday and Christmas as it was him who tried to convince him to join Mercedes in the first place as he was more focused in joining Red Bull.

He may have the best car, but he is using it to its full potential.

Difficult to pick any great drives out there today, is probably easier to pick those who were below par.

Absolutely spot on. Dominating for 4 races isn't quite the same.
