obvious flamebait is obvious. Really, you've never known so many comments and excuses? guess you've missed the last 5 years; where in each it was just constant complaining that Button and Vettel had the best car, so Hamilton couldn't win, meaning F1 needed to be changed, because it obviously wasn't about the driver enough. Seemed pretty obvious to me we'd reach this point where it's Hamilton with a ridiculous car advantage and people are immediately being told not to complain and that they now deserve to dominate, makes me want to just skip the next 10 years of F1 altogether, as it seems like it's going to be far worse than i anticipated, on and off the track.
Can't see anyone suggesting that they have anything other than an utterly dominant car, hamelots or hammyhaters. It's the resentment that he has won with a huge car advantage which is standing out.
It's the manner of the win, if other people get penalties for similar behaviour why not Hamilton? And, yeah, to be quite frank, it's partly the type of person he is too, he's a whiney over indulged brat IMO, always quick with an excuse, or finger of blame, Spa 2012 showed what a total twat he was, not that there havn't been lots of other examples of what a up-his-own-arse cock he is as a person, but as he shares a flag with you due to the geographical circumstances of birth, I'm sure you'll forgive the fact he is, and always has been, a complete arsehole. And no, it's not becuse he is black.
Although I agree a little on that, I've always found it fairly strange that Vettel gets accused of being exactly what Hamilton & Alonso actually are, egotistical up their own arse whingey whiney brats.
Look at Vettel's face when he's not happy because he didn't win. Like a slapped arse. Not sure what you want from your drivers. I should think one of the basic requirements is that a winning driver is someone who really doesn't like losing. Is the problem that people have with Hamilton that he is a British driver who isn't a plucky loser?
The only person who has got a penalty for that driving was Hamilton himself when Kimi did him at Spa at the chicane and he cut across then overtook him. No penalty for Kimi pushing him off was there? The irony if Rosberg had passed Hamilton off the track would be the rules dictate that Rosberg gets the penalty and not Hamilton. As I have said earlier, it's a ludicrous rule anyway, but it's here, so deal with it.
lol what's "standing out" is the incredibly vocal complaining about car advantages Button and Vettel had and all the accusations of cheating that went with it, being shamelessly replaced equally vocal praise for Mercedes and claims it's now all the other teams fault if they can't keep up, and that a 3 second a lap advantage is just...who cares.
So Vettel never had an advantage with his RBR in 2011-2013? Really? His car was not better than anyone else's? Guess everyone else was just ****e then.
In 2012 the McLaren was the best car for the majority of the season, of course you won't agree because it'll mean you accepting Hamilton doesn't have the Godlike status his fans try to make everyone believe he has. and 2013 only after the tyre change was the RBR in Vettels hands dominant, but even after that the car itself was nowhere near as dominant as the Merc is, otherwise it would've been RBR 1-2's all the way.
It is the other teams fault for not being able to keep up with Merc, exactly the same as it was when they couldn't keep up with RBR. Anyway... Where is all this vocal praise for Mercedes? Maybe you should go to the source of that to complain about it rather than doing it here.
lol wut? where have i said differently? the whole point is how people have reacted to those similar scenarios and also now are rather hilariously trying to point fingers at the embarrassingly small number of people complaining now, i dread to think how the sport is going to look to newcomers, let alone how it will ever encourage them to continue watching.
Hahahahaha..you know what is very funny? Everyone wanted exciting racing...everybody wanted to see wheel to wheel racing... Now they get it why are they complaining? Whether it's Hamilton, Rosberg, Vettel, Alonso or some little snail in the bushes...the race was great, something which we were all clamoring for. People said its taxi cab driving and made all kinds of comments about funeral procession. Now we just had a nail biter with overtake after over take and people are complaining. Seems like they want Hamilton penalized for his knife-edge overtaking and they are cussing Rosberg for not keeping the lead. One question, have a one here seen a race so exciting in the last five to ten years? Even though it was two from the same team who are miles quicker, it did not matter as none of them rolled over and played dead, but guys duked it out right to the very end. So please tell me what is the complain? Because mercedes totally rubbished some theory that there is some plan to cook up wins and they will employ team orders? Come on guys admit it was a great race and hope mercedes continue to let the pair fight each other. We wanted fireworks, we got them and now some of us are crying....just goes to show you can't please everybody all the time. Oh..by the way...after that race FIA would see that they don't have to run changing rules to make Red Bull and Ferrari more competitive. So I guess this is mercedes year.... Live with it!
well done, practically proved every point i made regarding the shameless "my drivers winning so it's the best season ever."
I also want to know why Massa wasn't penalised for his double move and crowding of Hulkenburg. And one other thing that has gone fairly unremarked, is how quickly Vettel responded to being asked to move aside for his faster team-mate, and how little he defended against him towards the end, pretty much let him through so he could attack the cars ahead, as Massa should've done the race previous. Vettel, he's such an egotistical t**t...... this is quite possibly the most hypocritical post ever produced on this forum.
