Watching the game on Sky, took a break because I can't stand Jamie Redknapp so can't be doing with his 'analysis'.

Great start but we deserved that goal at the end of the half. Poor marking. Taylor's goal was sheer brilliance, but his work at left back today isn't going that well, he keeps coming inside a lot and leaving a clear run for players down the right and Jonas can only do so much, especially after Monday. Demba has seemed a little off so far as well.

We deserve to be in front but need to work harder in the second half to get a couple of goals so we don't have another nervy finish. Hopefully the luck keeps runing in our favour as well.

P.S. Anyone else really want to see Drenthe booked? there's something about him that really annoys me.

He's showing Drenthe down the line and Jonas is doing **** all to pick Hibbert up most of the time.

Demba is having a ****e game.

Can you imagine if it was Rooney instead of Raylor who scored a goal like that? It would of been already down as goal of the season.

Jonas has been good defensively, but poor in attack ATM.

Not convinced by Gosling, but Guthrie is playing amazingly. Giving Cabaye a run for his money on current form

First two wins in a bit coming back to back, I'm off to buy a PS3 after the match.

I thought before their corner that I can't lose. They score and we're still in front but I'm £145 up, they don't score and we take 2-0 lead into HT.

I bet on us leading 2-1 at HT in every match we play!

To be fair, it's a midday kick off, what would he have eaten anyway? I don't eat before football most of the time and i'm just fine. If it was a late game i'd understand, but fasting before an early kick off is no excuse.

Of course it is. No matter how early it is they need to fill their bodies with fuel. They're professional athletes running many miles for a highly intense 90 mins. If they don't have any food, and they have very little body fat, where is the fuel going to come from exactly?

All the food he ate yesterday and anything he's had to drink today. Ramadan, fair enough complete diet change. Fasting for one morning, no biggy.

Actually, the glycogen stores in the muscles are good for around the 20 mile mark. That is why marathon runners find the 20 mile mark as the time when they "hit the wall"
