Showed good character to bounce back today. Under Rodgers we haven't lost two PL games in a row, which is a good statistic, I didn't think we were amazing to be honest, but when you have a player like Luis Suarez upfront against a team who are leaking goals for fun today was inevitable, but no one could of predicted the manner in which Suarez tore them apart. Allen had a decent game, Henderson was all puff but put in a good shift, Gerrard can count himself a tad unlucky not to at least nick a goal and Alberto looked nice and tidy when he came on. Flanagan again had a decent game but wasn't really tested, but things are looking good for him. The negative is obviously not keeping a clean sheet, and to be honest they could of had more - time for Rodgers to be bold and pick a partnership and stick with it, Sahko needs to get a look in for me.
No chance Man Utd vs Everton will be that low. Sunderland vs Chelsea is a good shout for first going by the goals.
It is a bit annoying about Spurs. For all the **** they've played this year, they are only 3 points behind us and could after we've played them be level/3 points ahead of us depending on the games this weekend!
I predicted 4-1 with Suarez to score, so not that big a surprise. Standard of the goals was more than you'd expect, though.
Yup, just makes you wonder if we had beat Hull and beaten Saints at home would be looking a lot healthier. 2 games which we should have won!
MATCH OF THE DAY - The running order That all-important Match of the Day running order has been released. BBC One/online at 2235 GMT. Sunderland v Chelsea; Man Utd v Eve, Liverpool v Norwich; Southampton v Aston Villa, WBA v Man City; Arsenal v Hull; Crystal Palace v West Ham; Fulham v Spurs; Swansea v Newcastle; Stoke v Cardiff
TBH, I've not got any arguments with that. Sunderland v Chelsea - most goals so probably best game in highlights Man Utd v Everton - big game of the evening Liverpool v Norwich - Suarez!
