It seldom happens and it's a bit of a shame though, isn't it? Both the club and the player know that a transfer would be the sensible thing. But because the club can't find the deal to satisfy the player, they end up loaning the old man out.

He's a spice merchant, a shameless alchemist, a sh*t stirrer, a pyramid schemer, who thinks he's a guru, a magician. All hat, no cattle. I find him quite entertaining though.

Exactly mate, and us when he didn't give Suarez a pen even though Eto'o' had literally just wiped him out in the penalty box.

  8. Or when Eto'o wasn't shown a red card in the first couple of minutes against us

Only until City beat West Brom on Monday, then back down to 3 points (if we win that is #nojinx)

If both we and City win we will retain our six point lead over them and five over Chelsea surely?

    #277
  18. The only difference today's result make for us:

Assuming we beat Norwich; If we beat Chelsea they would be eight points behind with two to go and mathematically out of it

That's true. Got confused.... I'm sort of assuming they will win their game in hand which means they are in theory only 3 points behind. Can't be banking on them losing anymore points between now and the end of the season.
