I would perhaps argue this is the biggest league game we've had a in quarter of a century. We simply must win. 2-1 Liverpool
Pellegrini wont play it safe http://www1.skysports.com/football/...-pellegrini-ready-to-attack-leaders-liverpool Good! I think
I agree, but both teams playing football, plays into both teams hands. We have to capitalise on Dimichelis should he play and Kompany already saying we are the best team they have played, so they should be fearful of us. Just think it will end in a draw.
We probably should have got at least a draw at their place, so I'd like to think we could go one better and win this game. Very hard to call, though. If it's wide open and high-scoring, I fancy us to win. If there's only a goal in it, I'd say they'd be favourites, purely due to their defense being a bit more robust. If I had to put money on a draw, I'd place the wager on the Chelsea game rather than the City game. IMO, someone's winning this match.
i think it depends who they play... i actually fancy us to negate the dzeko, negrado option easy enough but think flanagan v navas is not pretty.
I think this will be like a walk in the park...........whilst being chased by a pack of Rottweilers. Hopefully it will be a good game of football, the problem with some games that have a lot riding on them is that neither team will take a chance and both play safe resulting in a boring game. I know we need a win, but even if we draw City might slip up at Everton. So I can't see us flying at them and leaving ourselves open to a counter attack as that will suit them. I expect a cagey affair and predict 2-1 to either team, although I went for my usual LFC win in the poll.
So Im guessing for you guys waiting for Sunday and this Game is like being kids again and waiting for Christmas to come.
it's clattenburg... the most lfc friendly ref going and awardee od 3 pens at the toilet. i wept for joy reading this.... webb is doing... palace v villa.... #stayingoutoflimelight everton get marriner and chelsea have dowd... i wonder if mourinho will dare cross dowd?
Shocking appointment for the game. 3-2 Liverpool, 3 penalties, each dodgier than the last and the first was as dodgy as they come
