If you ask Saints fans they'll tell you he was always like that with Fonte making him look good. Waste of money IMO, why we bought someone who failed at Lyon for twice the price (from the year before) and was no better than the players we already had (in fact looks worse) is an appalling decision.

I really like the look of Can. been one of best players in last couple of games. Calm and composed on the ball, burst of pace, energy and strength going forward and can do the defensive work
Lovren has been an absolute liability since we bought him. If he only went missing I wouldnt be so annoyed with him- he constantly makes mistakes and plays his teammates into trouble. Even the games where was supposed to have played well I thought he was rubbish. Crunching tackles and occasional goals do not make him a good defender. He is just terrible.
