You'd have to think they need to sign a striker in this window, if they don't and he's out for a while they could easily drop down the table dramatically.

Also, it just shows how if your only threat is a loan signing, it really ****s you up for the following year (just look at WBA) as it's a massive short term gamble

Then Sturridge quickly apologising for showing his disappointment at coming off before stating it's all about the team and not individuals
