I think Gerrard is growing into the new role. It must be difficult for a player to change his game after 10+ years of playing a certain way. I hope he does become brilliant in the new role as it will extend his career and enable us to build a decent team before he retires.
I disagree. We have had to defend but we've done it very well. I thought we defended well last week too, they got **** because its the easy target (can't call SAS can we?).
