Its a training exercise nothing more.The results whether wins or anything count for nothing.However the positives are the link up play between Adam,,Henderson,Downing and Carroll.

for both teams the result shouldn't mean too much, it's all about seeing the play and connections between players. I'm really impressed by how we've played. defence is solid, midfield creative and fast. strikers have been very good. looking forward to this season, but won't get carried away
Or maybe it's the fact it's pre-season and we had two different teams in each half. Can't deny that Hull deserve the win. I ain't too worried though.
I think this kind of helps explain why we need a new LB and CB. All the chances, a lot of dominance that second half and one chance they put away. How the game goes sometimes but I have not been impressed with Soto or Wilson as adequate cover for Carra,Skrtel, and Agger. Missed the first half, heard we looked a bit off?
...and how much did you pay in transfer fees in total for your second-half team? You should be a bit worried!
I did say earlier in the summer on here that Hull would be top 6. No one believed me, but after this result, my prediction is justified.

No we shouldn't be too worried, because if we were playing you in the premier league we'd have all of our players and we'd have 1 team throughout, not 2 makeshift teams comprised of fringe players, reserves and players expected to be sold.
